This Standard is not applicable to man-made leather and synthetic leather 2 Hide and Skin for Tanning Industry It refers to the skins and leathers whose basic original materials in leather-making industry are taken from various animals (mainly domestic animal), including the skin which has had anti-corrosion treatment or not before processing.
